About The Role

As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll guide high-end residential projects from planning through to completion. You’ll balance schedules, budgets, quality, and relationships, working closely with Site Supervisors, Project Coordinators, sub-trades, designers, and homeowners to ensure every project runs smoothly and finishes beautifully.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead residential construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget alignment
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between clients, site teams, designers, consultants, and trades
• Partner closely with the Site Supervisor to plan work, anticipate challenges, and keep projects moving smoothly
• Maintain clear, consistent communication using CVC’s project management systems and reporting tools
• Monitor project schedules, identify long-lead items early, and proactively manage sequencing and capacity
• Oversee project budgets, review costs regularly, and support strong financial outcomes
• Guide value-engineering discussions to deliver thoughtful, cost-effective solutions without compromising design intent
• Identify scope changes, assess impacts, and manage change communication and approvals with clarity and care
• Uphold CVC’s standards for safety, craftsmanship, documentation, and professionalism
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, engineers, inspectors, and trade partners
• Support the development of CVC team members through feedback, coaching, and collaboration
• Ensure each project delivers exceptional client experience from start to finish
