Leverage technology to optimize finance process Competitive Pay: Compensation that reflects and rewards skills, experience, and dedication Comprehensive Benefits: Including drug, dental, vision, and RRSP matching Key Responsibilities: Serve as the company’s accounting authority, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements Partner with the executive team and stakeholders to provide financial insights and support strategic planning Play a central role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for business growth Design and implement a scalable internal control environment appropriate for a high-growth, private-equity backed organization Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to streamline workflows, automate reporting, and improve financial visibility Oversee purchase price accounting (PPA), post-close accounting, and integration of acquired entities into the existing financial structure Who We’re Looking For: A seasoned accounting professional (CPA strongly preferred) with 3-5 years of experience, ideally with exposure to M&A, integration, or startup environments Someone who’s comfortable navigating ambiguity and excited about building systems that scale Strong communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to strategic initiatives You have grit, take ownership of your work, and hold yourself to a high standard, because you care about getting it right and building something that lasts What’s Our Difference?
