Nanny Wanted - Experienced Nanny Wanted In Olds, Alberta

Hello!

We are a family located in Olds, Alberta, seeking a dedicated and caring nanny for our infant. Infant will be 10 months old at the time of start date, which is January 2026.

We are preferentially seeking a full-time nanny. However, we are also interested in part-time childcare as well.

Preference for live out arrangement. We have separate housing for rent at a preferential rate available for our nanny if required.

The ideal candidate will take great care of our little one and also assist with housekeeping and meal preparation. We are looking for someone who can help maintain a tidy and safe environment for our child. However, a focus on child development is our primary concern.

Additionally, we do have a small dog, so candidate should be confortable being around dogs. If you so choose, you may take her for walks and feed her!

CPR certification is essential, as the safety and well-being of our child are of utmost importance to us.

We offer a base wage of $20 per hour, which is subject to increase based on experience and qualifications.

Please note that our process will be as follows :

Initial phone call to tell you more about the job and answer any preliminary questions you have. This will be followed by an official interview to be offered to preferred candidates after the initial phone call. The interview will be conducted via Zoom or Teams. Then an in person meeting at our home in Olds, AB where we will have you meet our baby and get to know us too! Finally, we will have a 1-2 day paid trial with one or both parents on site to ensure that our potential nanny and our baby are a great fit. After this the nanny can expect an official offer of employment and a contract. We are open to questions and feedback throughout this process at anytime!
