Description de posteProvide responsive and effective technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues. Collaborate with users to understand their needs and tailor solutions that enhance their productivity. Actively participate in industrial IT projects, contributing expertise to design and implement technology solutions that align with organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT solutions into industrial processes, ensuring efficiency and reliability. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to both network infrastructure and industrial IT systems. Updates data servers and network equipment. Collaborates with network architects on network optimization. Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies and defining and monitoring access. Maximizes performance by troubleshooting network problems and outages and scheduling upgrades. Work closely with project teams to troubleshoot and optimize IT components in industrial environments. Assist in the integration of industrial-specific hardware and software solutions, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement and support industrial automation systems. Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, industrial IT systems, and support procedures. Develop training materials for end-users and contribute to the knowledge base for ongoing support and project handovers. Proven experience as an IT Technician with a focus on network administration and industrial IT. In-depth knowledge of network protocols, industrial automation, and cybersecurity in industrial settings. Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or relevant industrial IT certifications are highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
