Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Mississauga! Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position will be responsible for various sales activities including prospecting, lead development and qualification.
Candidates must be Bilingual (English and French), possessing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales.

Responsibilities: - Conduct sales activities in both English and French including prospecting, lead development and qualification to hospitals and medical clinics through phone and e-mail
- Complete RFI and RFP documents as required by customers
- Maintain CRM and generate metrics that support sales activity, pipeline and forecast
- Analyze existing sales territory and identify opportunities for growth
- Work collaboratively in a team environment ensuring combined sales success
- Support the Customer Service team with Bilingual requests as needed
Qualifications: - Bilingual (English and French) is required
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience is required
- Experience working in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical device industry is an asset
- Proven experience addressing customer needs with a solution-based, consultative sales approach
- Proficiency in MS Office as well as CRM software is required
- Strong organization and time management skills will ensure success in this position
