What is the Opportunity

The joint venture between Atkins Realis and Aecon has been awarded a contract with Ontario Power Generation (OPG) to carry out the Darlington Retube and Feeder Replacement (RFR) project as well as to assist in planning the Pickering Retube Feeder and Boiler replacement (RFBR) project.

RFR involves refurbishment of all four reactors at the Darlington Generating Station and consists of two phases a Definition Phase and an Execution Phase. The Execution Phase involves refurbishment of the reactor cores using the tools and methods that were developed and tested during the Definition Phase.

RFBR involves the refurbishment of four reactors and replacement of the forty eight steam generators at the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station.

Individual pay isdeterminedbased on several factors including work location education experience uniqueskillsand job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications specialized training and the complexity or scope of the role.
