HTML CSS JavaScript CSM module experience

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow CSM developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow Customer Service Management capabilities and experience in developing customizing and integrating solutions to meet business requirements.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer with a strong focus on the CSM product.

Proven track record of designing developing and implementing successful ServiceNow CSM applications.

Expertise in ServiceNow scripting languages like JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.

Experience with integrating ServiceNow CSM with external systems APIs

Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices for customer service management.

Design develop and configure ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow.

CSM Customer Service Management module exp Mandatory

Experienced in JavaScript HTML CSS JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting languages.

Client side Serverside scripts UI policy Data policy Business rule script include Script action UI action.

Workflows Rest and Soap based integration Mandatory

Transform map Import set and Data sources.

Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration / deployment environments.

Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying SAP Hybris.

Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating SAP Hybris entities.

Topnotch communication and collaboration skills with a focus on customer success.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Proven cross technology experience connecting ServiceNow to overall IT landscape.

Participate in the planning design and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades.
