Fortinet is looking for a Project Manager working directly with R&D, Customer Support and Sales team to manage critical pre-sales feature development and post-sales issue resolution related to Fortinet's key products. You will manage the escalations from the field, understand the details of the customer new feature requirements and issues and track down the projects until a solution is delivered.
Job Requirements :
- Previous experience in project management, technical support, software development or QA
- Previous experience in handling complex customer escalations and working closely with sales and support engineers
- Knowledge of TCP / IP, firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, IPS, Antivirus, Web Filtering, Antispam, etc.
- Sense of urgency on the field requests and good judgement on case severity and business impact
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and professionalism
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure
Educational Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical disciplineLI-KL1
