We’re Hiring : Bilingual Contact Centre Agent (English / French)

Location : Brossard, QC

Starting Rate : $19.50 / hour

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and fluent in both English and French? We’re looking for a Bilingual Contact Centre Agent to join one of our clients! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience every time.

Schedule

️ Tuesday to Saturday

11 : 30 AM – 8 : 00 PM

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and assist with outbound calls as needed
• Respond to customer inquiries and direct calls appropriately
• Analyze and resolve issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution
• Manage customer emails and maintain a high level of satisfaction
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned
