Midland Transport is currently seeking Terminal Manager for our Toronto Terminal. Reporting to Director, Operations - Ontario, the Terminal Manager is responsible for daily operations of the terminal, ensuring efficient, safe, and cost‑effective service delivery.

Qualifications
Education required : University Degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or related disciplineExperience : 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience within transportation or courier operationsProficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.)Exceptional critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop teamResponsibilities
Lead terminal operations to achieve targets for cost control, safety, service quality, and asset utilization across transport and / or courier activitiesResponsible for demonstrating excellent leadership characteristics and the Irving ValuesFoster a highly engaged workforce by actively promoting employee involvement, communication, and a positive workplace cultureResponsible for the implementation of the Irving Management System and a culture of continuous improvement at the TerminalCollaborate with the Sales team to support business growth and ensure new customer onboarding aligns with Midland’s operational capabilities and standardsDevelop, coach, and guide both direct and indirect reports to strengthen team capability and support long‑term talent growth#J-18808-Ljbffr
