Warehouse Associate - II (AM)

Job purpose

The Warehouse Associate - II will be responsible for the movement of both inventory and non-inventory items within the Sun Pharma Canada warehouse(s), production and compounding departments, and with external customers while providing a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders.

Duties and responsibilities

• Operate Fork Lift and / or Pallet trucks :
• Timely pick, stage, load / unload trucks, check and supply components, bulk inventory, and raw materials as per pick lists for the Packaging, Compounding and other internal departments.

Verify material description, item number, lot number, container number, license plate and counts for all inbound and outbound materials and to ensure proper documentation in BPCS / SAP according procedures.

Material movements via RF Gun and backup systems when required.

Drive the 5 ton Sun Pharma trucks to move material safely between the Sun Pharma buildings.

Perform timely cycle counts as required.

Complete all cGMP Documentation correctly and in a timely manner.

Complete all training assignments and maintain personal training records.

Participate in Internal, Customer and Regulatory Audits.

General housekeeping duties in efforts to maintain a clean and organized working area as per cGMP.

Other duties as assigned.

Additional responsibility (Only applicable to customer facing roles)

Report any adverse event received from customers for company products to the pharmacovigilance department / Drug Safety on the same day or within 1 business day

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $47, to $58,. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; RRSP savings plan; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.
