What Youll Do

• Proactively generate new business through self-sourced leads supported by company-generated call leads

• Quote and sell tailored Home and Auto insurance solutions based on each clients unique needs

• Deliver exceptional service that builds trust and long-term client relationships

• Underwrite new policies with an eye for risk pricing accuracy and coverage alignment

Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success

• RIBO Licensed (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario)

• 2 years of experience in the insurance industry or personal lines

• Proven sales ability with a passion for helping clients protect what matters most

• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills

• Confident proactive and able to manage priorities independently

• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems

The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure i.e. base salary plus commission. As such the total compensation earned will vary depending on the successful candidates book of business at a particular time. The expected base salary for this position is $ plus commissions will be paid based on successful sales performance. The total compensation will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
