On behalf of our financial client, Procom is searching for a Full Stack Developer for a 12-month role with the possibility of extension. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Montreal office.

Full Stack Developer - Job Description :

Join our Architecture & Modernization team as a hands-on Full-Stack Developer helping to shape the future of software development within a leading financial institution. You will work on both new projects and existing codebases, engaging with stakeholders and users to surface priorities and issues, and collaborating across teams to deliver technical workshops and support internal enablement efforts.

Full Stack Developer - Responsibilities :

• Write and maintain high-quality, production-ready code in Python, JavaScript, and Java.
• Engage with internal technologists to share practices, provide guidance, and support tool adoption.
• Write and review articles and documentation to guide developers in their modernization efforts.
• Participate and lead workshops and training sessions on modern development topics.
• Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to improve internal development experience.
