In This Role, You Will

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure software solutions that meet Forward’s evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead technical initiatives that enhance the quality, scalability, and reliability of our third‑party integration infrastructure.
• Elevate software quality through best practices and code review.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering productivity through artifacts, coaching, and design reviews.
