Assistant Superintendent (Civil Construction)

Maple Reinders is currently looking to add an Assistant Superintendent for projects in Ontario, including Civil, Food & Beverage, and Clean Energy sectors .

As an Assistant Superintendent you will assist the Superintendent in site management for all phases on our Civil Environmental construction project including coordinating site staff, materials and equipment. Maple Reinders is a growing organization and we are continually winning new work. With that come new experiences and new challenges.

At Maple, we look for leaders who can :

• Assist in coordinating, controlling and directing the work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project.
• Understand contracts and scope of work to ensure the scope of work is clearly communicated to trades.
• Assist in developing and executing project work plans aimed at keeping projects on track and on budget.

Our Assistant Superintendent will assist in overseeing the projects that vary in size and scope and the successful candidate should have previous experience in providing direction to construction teams, trades and hourly employees. Many of our projects are located within Ontario; however, work can sometimes take us to other parts of the province and beyond. We would require the Assistant Superintendent to travel or stay close to the site; flexibility is a must. We are also focused on candidates who currently have :

Salary Range : $75,000 - $100,000 / Year (depending on experience)
