Ability to manage multiple trades and coordinate site logistics. Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Hands-on problem-solving approach. Proficiency with scheduling and construction management software. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Basic carpentry tools (specialty tools provided). Salary : $70,000–$90,000 plus performance bonus Paid Time Off Medical spend account Training & professional development Cell phone allowance, mileage reimbursement

Alair Homes Georgian Bay & Muskoka is a leader in custom home construction and renovations. Through our Client Control™ system, we provide full transparency and confidence to clients throughout every project.
We are hiring a Construction Superintendent to manage day-to-day site operations. The right candidate is a strong communicator with a proven ability to lead trades, maintain quality, and drive schedules.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
- Develop scopes of work with the Project Manager during planning.
- Supervise trades and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to schedules.
- Conduct site inspections for safety, quality, and code compliance.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, and designers to meet objectives.
- Ensure proper delivery and installation of materials and equipment.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
- Provide timely updates and reporting.
