We are currently hiring a Membership Advisor based in our Member Contact Centre within our Burnaby Head Office location. This is a contract position that will end at the beginning of September 2026.

As Membership Advisor youre part of the Member-facing team that delivers exceptional Member experiences every time. You are a membership professional who will create lasting relationships with BCAA Members through consultation support and sales of BCAA products.

Internal Candidates this is a Grade 4 position. The internal posting will close end of day January 28 2026.

The hourly rate range for this position is $21.23 to $26.54 and is determined viajob-related knowledge skills experience certifications market demand and internal addition to base salary and BCAA benefits this position may be eligible for a performance bonus target of 10% with the opportunity to earn up to 17.5%.
