Position Description

We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk / Receptionist ideal for an organized, detail oriented and outgoing individual looking to join our growing team as.

Position Responsibilities

• Greet clients and answer customer calls
• Maintain multiple email inboxes and correspond with various customers and staff
• Data entry and filing tasks
• Maintain inventory of office supplies
• Code supplier invoices for approval and distribution
• Processing credit card payments
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets
• Receivables and Payables functions
• Create and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed
• Other duties and projects may be assigned
