Payroll Manager - Temporary

About Our Client

Our client, an industry leader, is looking to add a stand-alone Payroll Manager to prepare and close off the year end payroll function. This is a 3-6 month contract position. This Payroll Manager will oversee end-to-end payroll and compliance in ADP WFN

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Canadian payroll processing, including calculations, deductions and issuing T4s.
• Produce payroll reports.
• Support HR with data validation
• Conduct payroll audits to ensure compliance with local regulatory state laws, tax regulations and statutory requirements as it pertains to year end
• Process new hires, terminations, promotions and other status changes in the payroll system, ensuring accuracy and discrepancy resolution
