mount Washington is hiring a full time seasonal employee this winter to lead the cafeteria kitchen in success.
the alpine cafeteria is a fast paced restaurant located in our main building on the top floor seating 400 guests.
duties would include :
ordering daily product from our in house storeroom / stocking and rotation product
prepping, heating and cooking for service
leading employees through the lunch rush, teaching proper sanitation and cleanliness
organizing and scheduling staff
create specials for service
training staff on equipment
organizing lunch's and buffets for groups
requirements :
must have 2+ years of lead hand or supervisor experience in a kitchen setting
be able to work weekends and holidays
must have reliable source of transportation to and from work
must be willing to help in other restaurants if needed, ( production, dishpit ect)
food safe an asset
must work well in a group setting and be personable with guests
Salary Range : $20.0000 To $22.5.0000 Hourly
