Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, we are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and Administrative Support. This dual-role position is essential in ensuring an exceptional customer experience while also supporting the operation of our production team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and adaptability are key. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain production-related documents, reports, and spreadsheets
• Assist the production team with order tracking, scheduling, and status updates
• Process orders and change orders received from customers and Sales Representatives, set up sales order, payers, and essential data in SAP for initial order
• Take phone orders in a prompt and courteous manner
• Perform dispatch duties
• Provide marketing support for samples, catalogs and information requests
• Maintain marketing inventory
• Works with Outside Sales Teams to coordinate customer requests and to help provide superior customer service
• Participate in semi-annual inventory counts
• All other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time by the company or its designated representatives
• Abide by all safety rules set forth by the company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensure that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected
• Regular attendance is required
