ILCO TRANSIT is a transportation and logistics company. We pride ourselves in delivering elite, excellent customer service while creating seamless transportation solutions for our clients.

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Client Relationship Manager to join our logistics and transportation team. This role involves a combination of sales, customer service, and account management skills to enhance client satisfaction, understand their needs, and drive business growth.

Duties :

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage client interactions and sales processes
  • Develop and implement strategies to market products or services effectively
  • Engage in business development activities to acquire new clients
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding a team towards achieving sales targets
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Skills :

  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing client relationships
  • Strong market knowledge to drive strategic business decisions
  • Experience in business development and account management
  • Leadership capabilities to inspire and motivate team members
  • Negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for the company
  • Ability to analyze data and market information to make informed decisions
  • Proven track record in sales or client management roles

Key Responsibilities :

Client Engagement :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Schedule and conduct regular in-person meetings with clients to understand their needs, issues, and expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues promptly.

Sales and Business Development :

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell logistics services to clients.
  • Present and promote company services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value propositions.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.

Account Management :

  • Monitor client accounts to ensure they receive exceptional service and support.
  • Prepare and deliver client performance reports, analyzing key metrics and providing insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.

Market Analysis :

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team to help shape business strategies.

Travel :

  • Travel regularly to meet clients in person, using a company-provided vehicle.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company.

Qualifications : Experience :

Experience :

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service within the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Experience in the Transportation Industry

Skills :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the industry.

Other Requirements :

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Valid Passport
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
