We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and service-driven Sales Associate with a talent for building meaningful relationships to support sales and occupancy at Shannon Oaks Vancouver, one of our vibrant independent living communities.

About The Role

• This is a permanent full-time role (Tuesday-Sat) based at our Shannon Oaks Vancouver community. Some flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends may be needed to support tours or events.

As the Sales Associate, you’ll help create a welcoming and engaging first impression for prospective residents and their families. You’ll support sales activities by providing personalized tours, assisting with move-ins, coordinating events, and promoting our community to local partners and referral sources. With a focus on building trust and rapport, you’ll walk alongside prospective residents as they navigate the process of choosing a retirement community and exploring all that Shannon Oaks has to offer.

You’re warm, engaging, and naturally attuned to the needs of others. With strong listening and communication skills, you make people feel welcome and at ease. You enjoy working with seniors and helping families navigate important life decisions with care and professionalism. Organized and proactive, you’re comfortable managing multiple priorities, following up with prospective residents and supporting both the details and big-picture goals of your community’s marketing efforts. You model our Baptist Housing values and are motivated by purpose to bring joy and enthusiasm to your work each day.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with an hourly wage ranging from  $30-$33, commensurate with experience. Your comprehensive benefits include employer-paid extended health and dental coverage, along with a generous vacation package. Additionally, we provide RRSP matching contributions and support for your ongoing professional development.
