Responsibilities:

1. Conduct monthly strategy sessions
2. Strategically plan deliverables with clients
3. Proactively serve client needs and business objectives
4. Collaborate with Operations to measure progress and get results
5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
6. Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients
7. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
8. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to clients
9. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
10. Forecast and track key account metrics
11. Prepare reports on account status
12. Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention scores

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Associate, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or relevant role
2. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
3. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
4. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence
5. Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and Google Docs or MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
6. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills
8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a relevant field

This is a full-time remote position that requires a motivated and self-driven individual. Your proficiency in meeting deadlines and staying connected using project management and team tools will be key.
