We’re currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate and dynamic team at The Madison Care Centre , located in Coquitlam, B.C.

The Opportunity : Registered Nurses (Casual and Part-time) In this role, you'll lead and support the delivery of high-quality care in a warm, resident-focused environment.

As a key member of the team, you'll collaborate across disciplines, coordinate care, and guide unregulated care providers—all while building meaningful connections with residents and their families.

What You’ll Be Doing : Coordinating resident admissions, discharges, and transfers Completing resident assessments and leading the care planning process Administering medications, wound care, and treatments Utilizing PointClickCare for accurate electronic charting and completing MDS assessments Communicating with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams Taking on Charge Nurse responsibilities when required Delegating tasks and supporting unregulated care staff Participating in care conferences and medication reviews What We’re Looking For : Registered and in good standing with BCCNM Current CPR / First Aid certification Confident using electronic documentation systems (eMAR, PointClickCare) Strong critical thinking and leadership skills Fluent in English (verbal and written) Previous experience in long-term care preferred Why You’ll Love Working at The Madison : The Madison Care Centre offers licensed and funded residential care for 137 clients , including 96 funded beds through the Fraser Health Authority .
