As a Canoe Trip Leader, you’ll manage every aspect of the backcountry experience—from route navigation and safety to meal prep. More than a guide, you are a mentor, empowering campers to build independence, self-reliance, and a deep respect for nature. About Mi-A-Kon-Da
Founded in 1955, Camp Mi-A-Kon-Da is a traditional summer camp for girls ages 7-16. The camp is situated on Birch Island, a 23-acre private island on Lake Wah Wash Kesh near Parry Sound, Ontario.
