ATCO Electric’s Climate Adaptation and Reliability (CAR) Team is to reshape the future of utility resilience and reliability through fortifying our systems against the escalating impacts of climate change. In response to unprecedented challenges like wildfires and extreme cold events, our mission is clear : to lead the industry in climate resilience while ensuring uninterrupted, affordable energy for our customers. Reporting to the Senior Engineer, Asset Management Governance and Alberta Reliability Standards Compliance, this position will be responsible to manage and support ATCO Electric’s Alberta Reliability Standards (ARS) compliance program management. ARS compliance program management includes working with key stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure regulatory compliance with applicable industry approved rules, operating policies, and procedures as per the Alberta Electric Utilities Act, Transmission Regulations and Affiliate Code of Conduct.
