Bid Manager Functional Analyst

What’s the Job?

We are seeking a Bid Manager Functional Analyst to support and enhance a critical bid, configuration, and pricing platform used by Sales, Product, and Operations teams across Canada. This role owns the functional health of the application, ensuring accurate product configurations, pricing logic, and usability throughout the product lifecycle.

12 Month Contract

Pay-$26.5 / hr.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the functional owner of the Bid Manager application.

Partner with Product Managers, Sales, and Operations to gather requirements and improve usability.

Configure, test, and maintain product configurations, pricing tables, and system rules.

Support new product launches by updating product and pricing data.

Create functional requirements and coordinate changes with IT and global stakeholders.

Provide training and functional support to business users.

Ensure consistency and alignment with global system versions and data.

Support reporting and data extraction as needed.

Qualifications

Required

Technical diploma or university degree.

3+ years’ experience working with electrical products.

Experience with configuration, pricing, CPQ, or bid management systems.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook .

Eligible to work in Canada (no sponsorship provided).

Preferred

Electrical or Mechanical Technician / Technologist designation.

5+ years’ experience with electrical products.

Exposure to scripting or programming (Python, VB, or C++)
