Position : Bilingual Receptionist (English & French)Location : Downtown Toronto (Bloor & Yonge)Salary : $30 per hourJob Type : 3-month contractOur client is looking for a Bilingual Receptionist (English & French) to assist with managing the reception desk, ordering catering, switchboard, and other administrative duties.Responsibilities include but not limited to : - Welcoming and greeting clients, answering phone calls that come through the main switchboard- Providing exceptional customer service to visitors - Managing and following up on work flow through the front reception area including boardroom, and kitchen area - Boardroom scheduling for numerous boardrooms and processing courier packages and catering requests- Maintaining office supplies, including kitchen - Performing administrative tasks as requested- Liaising with vendors, clients and staff to represent the organization in a highly professional manner- Executing other responsibilities as requiredCredentials : - Postsecondary degree or related - a definite asset - Bilingual (English and French Fluency)- At least 3+ years of reception or reception / administrative experience in a professional corporate environment - ideal- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook- Ability to handle multiple calls using phone system- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills- Great attitude, ability to prioritize and juggle multiple priorities- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, pro-active attitude - Ability to work well within a team environment and independently- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detailIf this sounds like you, please email your resume in Word format to Katharine Yau at [email protected] AND EARN A $50 GIFT CARD!
