Warehouse Sales Executive
Our client is seeking a driven and organized Warehouse Sales Executive to join their growing team. This role is well suited for a sales professional with at least three years of experience who is comfortable generating new business while managing and expanding an existing portfolio of accounts.
The Warehouse Sales Executive must combine operational fluency, solution design, margin discipline, and cross-functional collaboration with the ability to sell credibly from the boardroom to the warehouse floor. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the warehousing industry and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where adaptability, responsiveness, and problem-solving are essential to success.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship building
Build, manage, and maintain an organized and active book of business
Develop strong, long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, frontline teams, and operational leadership
Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing structures, and service offerings
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system
Effectively manage multiple priorities while working in a hybrid environment using a mobile phone and laptop
Adapt quickly to change, pivot strategies as needed, and respond proactively to evolving customer and market demands
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance expectations
Qualifications & Experience
3–5 years of B2B sales experience within logistics and warehousing
Education Post-secondary diploma / degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field with relevant work experience
1–2 years of CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar); comfort using a CRM is mandatory
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a sales pipeline
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, pick-and-pack, kitting, cross-docking, and inventory management
Experience with value-added services such as kitting, co-packing, and labeling
Demonstrated experience preparing and negotiating commercial proposals, contracts, and rate sheets, including RFP / RFQ responses and SLAs
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setting while mobile and in transit
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, work under pressure, and remain composed in a dynamic industry
Experience aligning sales commitments with operational realities, including labor models, inventory movement, and day-to-day execution
Experience selling solutions (not just space), translating customer requirements into scalable warehouse processes and pricing based on SKU velocity, order profiles, and handling complexity
Strong financial and margin discipline, including experience with activity-based costing, labor economics, and managing scope changes to protect long-term profitability
Proven ability to sell across all organizational levels, effectively engaging executive decision-makers while building credibility with operational and site-level leaders
What Our Client Offers :
