Production Supervisor - Food industrie

I'm currently looking for a Production Supervisor to join a leading food manufacturing company known for its high-quality and nutritious ready-to-eat products. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a structured and safety-driven environment.Your RoleReporting to the Plant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading day-to-day production activities, ensuring efficiency, product quality, and safety compliance across your lines.Main responsibilities include :

• Lead and motivate your production team to meet performance and quality goals;
• Plan, organize, and control daily production operations;
• Promote a strong safety culture and actively participate in the plant's H&S initiatives;
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (GMP, traceability, CCPs, metal detectors, documentation, etc.);
• Investigate and resolve non-conformities to maintain product integrity;
• Conduct team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and results;
• Support employee training and professional development;
• Drive productivity improvements and waste reduction through continuous improvement initiatives;
• Collaborate closely with other shifts to ensure smooth operational transitions;
• Track performance indicators and coordinate with maintenance on equipment issues.Your Profile
• 3-5 years of experience in production supervision or team management;
• Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience;
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Analytical mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities;
• Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach;
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Working Conditions
• Salary range : $75,000-$95,000, depending on experience;
• Day shift in a modern, food-safe facility;
