Production Supervisor - Food industrie

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a structured and safety-driven environment.Your RoleReporting to the Plant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading day-to-day production activities, ensuring efficiency, product quality, and safety compliance across your lines.Main responsibilities include:* Lead and motivate your production team to meet performance and quality goals;* Plan, organize, and control daily production operations;* Promote a strong safety culture and actively participate in the plant's H&S initiatives;* Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (GMP, traceability, CCPs, metal detectors, documentation, etc.);* Investigate and resolve non-conformities to maintain product integrity;* Conduct team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and results;* Support employee training and professional development;* Drive productivity improvements and waste reduction through continuous improvement initiatives;* Collaborate closely with other shifts to ensure smooth operational transitions;* Track performance indicators and coordinate with maintenance on equipment issues.Your Profile* 3-5 years of experience in production supervision or team management;* Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience;* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;* Analytical mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities;* Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach;* Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Working Conditions* Salary range: $75,000-$95,000, depending on experience;* Day shift in a modern, food-safe facility;* Stable and growing company with a strong brand reputation;Competitive benefits and opportunities for career growth
