Surveillance Operator-SYD

Position Summary

Under the general direction of the Supervisor, Surveillance, this position is responsible for monitoring interior and exterior areas of a property by closed circuit television cameras and maintaining visual recor ds. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.

Key Accountabilities

• Monitors, documents and reports violations, large cash / cash equivalents transactions, excluded and self-excluded guests and unauthorized access; reports violations to the Supervisor, Surveillance
• Maintains logs and records
• Communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments
• Builds strong working relationships with guests and team members
• Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed
