STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER

Base salary CAD$80,000 - 105,000 plus competitive variable compensation plan

What you will be doing:This is an existing vacancy.The Strategic Account Manager will serve as a key growth advisor to our customers. You will build andmaintainstrong relationships with key decision-makers to help clients evolve and strategically expand their use of our platform and services. This role aims to improve client satisfaction, retention, and expansion of 360insights’ value across our client base.

Ideal candidate will have previous experience as a large SaaS Strategic Account Manager or Enterprise Client Success ManagerKeyresponsibilitiesinclude:
  • Actively manage the growth of our customers.
  • Identifynew ways for our clients to use andoptimizethe 360 platform within their business and broaden their ability to increase their return on investment.
  • Lead the 360insights strategic account planning process, developing mutual performanceobjectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for review on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Establisha strategic relationship with customers and key executive decision makers.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, andvalidatecustomer growth needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Build strong internal relationships with key 360 stakeholders, including Client Success, Product, Operations, and Sales teams to evangelize our platform offerings to clients to help meet and exceed their business expectations and performanceobjectives.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of strategic business challenges faced by clients and map the 360 platform and associated benefits to address their needs.
  • Increase growth, ensure retention, andmonitorclient satisfaction to key accounts.
  • Achieve commercial targets in assignedaccounts, andmeet other accountobjectivesdefined by 360.
What will you bring to this role:
  • Experience as a Strategic Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or Sales Executive in a SaaS environment such as enterprise marketing technology, CRM, ERP or similar enterprise business applications.
  • Proven track recordof delivery in a highly strategic account management or customer success environment, with a focus on increasing customer satisfaction, growth, and retention.
  • Excel at building relationships internally and externally to drive incremental business,valueand revenue.
  • Proven ability to develop executive champions at strategic level.
  • Familiarity working with global strategic enterprise clients across multiple teams and regions, preferably in the following verticals: consumer-focused manufacturing brands, particularly auto, appliance, healthcare, electronics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Strong business acumen, as well as technical aptitude.
  • Flexibility to travel(up to 30%)
