Compensation Range : $58,200 To $73,000
Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and / or location.
Job Purpose
The Sr Project Coordinator position will manage small to mid-size based projects through the entire project lifecycle, as well as directing and advising the technical field teams in order to drive a successful client implementation.
As a core member of the project team (PMO), the Sr Project Coordinator will also work closely with Project Managers in implementation, project monitoring (schedule and financials) as well as day to day coordination / operations of technical field teams (internal and external subtrades) assigned to the project.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work independently on small and mid-size projectsWork directly with a Project Manager on medium and large projectsEngage Service Estimation for critical information (Scope of Work, Costings, and technical questions),Review assigned project information for accuracy regarding scope of work (SOW), costing, materials and miscellaneousContinuously review and update estimated costing information in ERP (Syteline)Maintaining all SRO related dates within the ERP system based on input from the various departmentsWork with the Project Manager in defining the strategy to execute the project and tactically supportDrive to keep project on schedule, monitor and track budgetAttend / manage weekly scheduling meetings for field staff assignmentsDocument control to maintain detailed and accurate recordsTrack and feed information to standard templates / systemsAssist / identify in creation of Change OrdersTake and distribute meeting minutesResponsible for Customer site access tickets (NCT’s, threats)Performing accurate cost analysis on all assigned projects as well as any post mortemsWork with internal teams to obtain delivery dates of capital equipment and materials to coordinate for installationsComplete proper month end cleanup for all work performedOTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Constant and consistent communication amongst all project team membersBe an active participant in Project Management Office (PMO) huddles and meetingsDrive continuous improvement within the team and external to the team to eliminate waste and improve processes and quality.Identify and communicate opportunities for process and quality improvements, take action when possible and involve management team when additional support is needed.Ensure corporate practices for safety and general best practices for safety are followed at all timesKeep stock control systems up to date and ensure inventories are accurate to maintain the integrity of the facility through cycle counts, annual inventories and various auditsOther duties as assigned by Manager, PMOQualifications
Education and Experience
Experience in operations management cultureAbility to interpret and understand financial statementsAbility to clearly convey, deliver and understand process flow and operational concepts in Englishii) Skills and Skill Levels
Experience and ability in the use of Syteline or other ERP systems preferredExcellent computer skills (specifically MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint)Ability and confidence to make decisions on a day-to-day basisA minimum of 3-5 years of Project Coordinationiii) Other Requirements
