What We Need

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate - Tolls and Violations who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.

As the Customer Support Associate - Tolls and Violations you will work with 3rd party vendor to resolve outstanding debt and service issues, creating and distributing reporting and analytics for the product, working cross functionally to resolve product service errors and product enhancements, and assist with Service Cloud cases to ensure product metrics are met.

A Day in the Life

Escalations

Reporting and analytics

Vendor assistance and outstanding debt resolution

Product service errors / enhancements

Work Tolls & Violations Service Cloud Cases / Emails in response to driver queries

Other in office duties as assigned

Requirements

Secondary school diploma or equivalent required, undergraduate degree preferred

3 -5 years' business experience

Demonstrated proficiency in s process oriented environment

Prior fleet, regulatory experience a plus

Must be proficient with Excel, including v look ups, pivot tables etc.

Previous knowledge of Salesforce / Service Cloud a plus

  • Internally, the business title will be Tolls and Violations Specialist
  • This role is in office T,W,TH weekly in our Mississauga, ON office”.
