Bus Driver- Rimbey (Competition #S1920-1384)

Wolf Creek Public Schools is actively recruiting a school bus driver for a permanent route in Rimbey, Alberta. Duties to commence September 3, 2024. Must be available to attend the driver start-up meeting on August 27, 2024 Applicants must have experience driving a school bus Valid Class 1 or 2 operators License S Endorsement or MELT 2-S as well as a clean drivers abstract and be in good physical health Ability to pass an in-house school bus driver evaluation First Aid Certification is strongly recommended but can be obtained through WCPS once hired As well, the successful candidate must be able to produce a satisfactory vulnerable sector check (Current within six months) Details : The Rimbey 1 route is approximately 125 km's per day. First pickup at 7 : 05 A.M., last drop off time is 4 : 30 P.M.Seniority, familiarity with the route / area, and proximity to the route will be considered throughout the decision-making process. The successful applicant will be eligible for benefits.
