Salary : $30.25 per hour (with a 5-step progression to $33.63 per hour) with overtime opportunities as provided for in our collective agreement.
Shift premiums : Afternoon - $0.50 for each hour worked between 18 : 00 and 23 : 00. Midnight - $1.00 for each hour worked between 23 : 00 and 6 : 00.

What your day-to-day looks like :
As a Lead Ramp Agent (Lead Station Attendant), you will be managing baggage and freight, plus operating a variety of equipment. You are a working member of the team and will provide guidance, coaching and assistance to Ramp Agents (Station Attendants), so that company standards are met and consistently always applied to ensure safety and optimal customer service, as well as on-time performance. Job requirements :
Previous experience is required as a Lead Ramp Agent (Lead Station Attendant) due to our comprehensive training program this is a role that carries a great deal of responsibility. At our workplace, teamwork is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our fleet. This physically demanding role involves active movement both on the airside and in the baggage room. Since our operations run year-round, you must be ready to work in all weather conditions.
