Support the function and team of Data Solutions for Product Referential setups and maintenance in response to internal client needs. The team is constantly evolving its delivery offering to ensure more straight-through processing and implement the principle of one golden source for key referential data.

This department has been established with the following three pillars :

• Product Referential Data Support : setup and maintenance of key product referential data that flows into front, middle and back office applications and has wide ranging impacts on trading, settlement and reporting activities; furthering the “know your data” culture including formal governance of data quality and timely delivery to key stakeholders. The team also captures, challenges, and tests the control framework of the production processes and works to perfect processes and reduce data issues.
• Procedure Management : working with team to ensure cross‑trained capabilities are in place as well as robust procedure documentation to provide consistent in-depth knowledge of the products and processes; coordination with global teams toward the management of this key data in a variety of systems.
• Data Quality : establish a framework to assess and report on the quality of the data used for reporting purposes and an effective remediation team.
