Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full cycle Accounts Payable (AP) processes : invoice entry, coding, payment runs, vendor reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals, prepaids, and reporting support.
• Perform account reconciliations (bank, AP, AR, inventory, intercompany).
• Support finance team with audit prep, data analysis, and ad hoc projects.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
