Chief Financial Officer – Consumer Services – Acquisitive Growth, 78936

Our client is a middle-market consumer services company and is a dominant industry player in their sector. With aggressive new growth initiatives being launched our client requires a Chief Financial Officer to drive organic and acquisitive strategies to move the business to the next level and beyond.

You will be deeply involved at a strategic and tactical level working as a valued member of the executive team. You will oversee a “lean and mean”, fast-paced team with responsibility for building out the Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, and Human Resource functions.

This is a true “roll up your sleeves” environment where you will wear multiple hats and contribute on a significant level to operational transformation and optimization. You will also focus on upgrading reporting on and visibility into all areas of the business, from service offering ROI and regional operational performance to acquisition integration efficiency and banking relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a combination of the following experiences: consumer services experience, multi-location/multi-region jurisdiction, acquisitions and integration, management of lending relationships, optimal utilization of IT, HR and/or other operational functions for organization transformation. Experience in the Consumer-facing financial services, automotive, foodservice and/or professional or household services would be an asset. Candidates must be available for short duration quarterly travel to Western Europe on a quarterly basis.
