As a Catering Server, You Will
Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locationsLog and maintain food temperaturesAssist with food and table prep before events beginArrange buffet tables with food, beverage, and service items according to standardsServe plated dinners to guests and respond to requests for beverages, appetizers, and other needsKeep display equipment clean and free of debris during meal serviceThoroughly clean location after event is completed and assist with inventory, food storage and other closeout tasksReturn food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering facilityStock, clean and maintain catering facility and equipmentEnsure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all timesMaintain in-depth knowledge of the complete menu and products on handMaintain clean and safe work environmentFollow safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all timesMay drive a catering delivery truckAbout You
