As the North America Service Sales Manager within the Centrifugal Pumps (PVS) organization, you will provide leadership, plans, strategies, and actions to ensure growth of after equipment orders and building a strong pipeline of future deals. This Sales Manager will participate in customer meetings and closely work with the commercial managers and account managers during deal negotiation.
As a Service Sales Manager – Centrifugal Pumps, you can be responsible for :
- Work in tight cooperation with HQ and Region Sales Team to coordinate RFQ and Opportunity for after market Centrifugal Pumps.
- Promote new commercial models to capture higher opportunities volumes in the assigned Region.
- Work in strict relationship with Channel Partner and Distributors in order to optimize opportunities and improve Fleet penetration
- Coordinate commercial efforts with Service Centrifugal Pumps Commercial Leader, Account Sales Managers , third party channels and Product Leadership to meet company goals of Orders and Market Growth
- Review the Regional New Units project opportunity lists to establish forecasts and drive these opportunities to closure
- Manage the entire sales process with a team of Account Managers, including the use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Deal Machine
- Work with the PVS (Centrifugal Pumps) Product Leadership and NAM Region Leader to develop specific Channel and Value Added Resellers / Packager strategies to increase Sales pumps
- Work with Product Leadership / Commercial Ops groups to provide pricing and competitive market data to help establish pricing policies to meet company bookings and margin objectives
- Work with Product Leadership Marketing groups to create promotional opportunities for Centrifugal Pumps products
- Establish bookings budgets on an annual basis with management and individual sales goals annually for sales force. Maintain an accurate level of information on Deal Machine.
- Review and aid in the establishment of trade show agendas and user group meetings
- Establish and report metrics for use with the sales force, measuring a pre-determined set of data points
- Review customer satisfaction data as available
- Participate in industry forums and conferences
- Develop and communicate product development needs to meet market demands

To be successful in this role you will :
Have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited college or university and 5+ yrs of Sales in Centrifugal Pumps (preferably API) experiencePossess innovative, process mindset and proven track of business impact with maintenance service contractsHave proven negotiation skills and ability to influence multiple stakeholders with a customer service mindsetBe able to delegate and energize teams through inclusiveness and connection with people.Have excellent commercial skills developed through negotiation experience and knowledge of customer financial driversBe available to travel for business purposes throughout North AmericaWork in a way that works for you
