Summary :

As the General Manager you are responsible for providing day‑to‑day operational support. This includes an understanding of finance, occupancy, resident support, employee / labour relations, as well as relationship building with our support services team. This position reports to Regional Operations Manager.

• Minimum (3) threeyears of experience in management.
• Experience in mental health and / or nursing preferred.
• Completion of CPR and First Aid is an asset.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with peers, residents, visitors, and operational partners.
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to handle multi‑resident requests.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and problem solve.
