Commercial Account Manager/Insurance CSR

About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Lines professional to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating a positive client experience by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the insurance lifecycle—from policy renewals and endorsements to claims assistance and relationship management. You will play a key role in fostering strong connections with clients, insurers, and underwriters while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a positive client experience by understanding and addressing customers’ needs
• Process, and review renewals, endorsements, and re-market policies in-house
• Assist clients throughout the claims process with professionalism and care
• Deliver timely and accurate responses to all client inquiries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and underwriters
• Contribute to team success by sharing knowledge and best practices
• Collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Type of Risks: All property and liability – Builders risk and Bonding experience a plus Markets: Some of the major markets (e.g. Intact, Economical, Aviva, etc.) - some mutual experience as well (e.g. Heartland, Peel) Size of accounts: Mainly $10K – $50K premiums

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Minimum of 5 years of Commercial Lines experience

License: RIBO License (required)

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
