Person responsible for managing basic access in a timely manner and basic coordination of customers and vendors.
Create / modify / delete basic access (AD Groups, create new broker accounts, Mainframe, etc.)
Manage the full lifecycle of broker and employee accounts
Manage service SLAs and KPIs, overall quality of GIA service deliverables and drive continuous improvement.
Manage key stakeholders of GIA security services.
Analyze, identify and remediate access risks across systems.

Exigences minimum / Minimum requirements :
DEC / DEP in the computer field
Extensive knowledge of PC environments and centralized systems
Advanced knowledge of Windows, MS Office, LAN / WAN
Knowledge of Unix and Oracle
Knowledge of centralized environments (AS / 400, etc.)
Knowledge of Sailpoint would be an asset

Personne responsable de la gestion des accès de base en temps opportun et de la coordination de base des clients et des fournisseurs.
Créer / modifier / supprimer les accès de base (Groupes AD, créer de nouveaux comptes de courtiers, Mainframe, etc.)
Gérer le cycle de vie complet des comptes de courtiers et d'employés.
Gérer les accords de niveau de service (SLA) et les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI), la qualité globale des services fournis par GIA et l'amélioration continue.
Gérer les parties prenantes clés des services de sécurité de GIA.
Analyser, identifier et corriger les risques d'accès à travers les systèmes.
