As a Maintenance Assistant you will play a critical role in keeping our facilities running smoothly and looking their best! Successful candidates can expect to earn up to $30 per hour.

Job Duties :
Respond to incoming service tickets from various locations in a timely mannerPerform general building maintenance and repairs such as electrical, plumbing, painting, patching walls, and hanging shelvesTroubleshoot facility equipment issues to determine necessary repairsAssess repair projects for required supplies and equipmentConduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and door locksMaintain property appearance by removing garbage, mowing lawns, landscaping and snow removalPerform other duties and tasks as requiredIdeal Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in general maintenance or other maintenance positions where you were required to recognize electrical, plumbing, and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures.Able to operate equipment such as a riding lawn mower, skid steer, payloader, and telehandler, as well as pull various trailers with a pickup truckFormal training in operating a payloader, telehandler, or skid steer is preferred.Formal training in HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems or related fields is an asset.Able to maintain a professional demeanour and appearance while working at our customer’s locationsAble to perform physically demanding work, which includes standing, walking, crouching and the ability to lift 50 lbsThe ability and willingness to travel to locations outside of LethbridgeAvailable to work at varying times, dependent on the work that needs to be completedA Valid Driver’s License and a clean 3-year drivers abstract3 years of verifiable insurance driving with a clean insurance record
