  • Collaborates with other network and infrastructure team members during installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities, contributing to knowledge sharing and cross-training to support skills development and efficient service delivery.
  • Participates in planning and execution of scheduled maintenance windows, minimizing disruption to services.
  • Installs and verifies network devices, including switches, wireless access points, video surveillance cameras, and electronic door access controllers, in network closets, data centers, and campus locations.
  • Verifies adherence to unit standards and facilitates proper transition to operations for installations completed by external contractors or other teams.

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in network support, infrastructure maintenance, or system administration in a large-scale environment.
  • Experience with physical network installation and testing in combined fiber and copper networks, basic switch and wireless configuration, and support of security-related systems such as access control, video surveillance systems, and intrusion alarms.
