The Role

The Assembler is responsible for assembly of various equipment for heating systems for customers across North America. Available work schedules are as follows :

Afternoon Shift : 10-hour schedule, Monday to Thursday (3 : 45 p.m. to 2 : 30 a.m).

What You Will Do

Specific Responsibilities :

• Review traveler / job package
• Review and understand drawings (or blueprints)
• Find and use proper pressures and fluid
• Make sure parts are free of damage before use
• Test equipment or any parts necessary (for example hydro test vessels)
• Conduct Hydro static testing, helium, silicon and pneumatic testing of the product in proper sequence as instructed by operation date on paperwork or instructed by supervisor.
• Test and make sure that product is correct to all specifications provided on Job Traveler and ITP and provide TSSA and QC tests.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing in long hours as well as bending when necessary

Knowledge & Qualifications

• High School or equivalent
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Hydro testing experience is an asset
• Working at Manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Assembly experience is preferred
