- Knowledge of recreational programming
- Must possess strong communication skills
- Have ability to work as part of a team
- High School Completion Certificate or equivalent
Assets :
- Possession of a valid First Aid / CPR Certification is considered an asset
- Rate of pay is $18.28 per hour plus vacation pay.
- The Group Leader will work in the after school program with the shift time of 1 : 55-6 : 00pm . Approximately 21.50 hours / week.
Children of EXCEL employees can attend the EXCEL program at no charge
Various paid training opportunities available including High Five, First Aid / CPR, Non Violent Crisis Intervention, Fundamental Movement Skills, etc.
