We are currently seeking a Office Customer Service Representative / Admin to work with our client in Amherst

The Role

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers in person, over the phone, and via email. This role involves processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining schedules, handling invoicing and payments, and supporting marketing and administrative tasks.

Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email

Process all incoming orders and ensure they reach the correct departments

Order raw materials from vendors and maintain accurate schedules

Use Simply Accounting to invoice orders and post payments

Assist with designing and distributing monthly marketing materials

Perform bank deposits

Back up computer and server systems as required

Qualifications :

Previous office experience, preferably with Excel, Word, and Simply Accounting

Experience with computer artwork or graphic design is an asset

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Schedule :

Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.
